Information you choose to share

The forms request contact details, your location or organisation where relevant, and your message or membership interests. Please do not include identity documents, medical records or financial details.

What happens when you submit

Your information is processed and stored through Netlify Forms, then sent to the cooperative’s enquiry email as a submission notification. Netlify applies automated spam filtering before verified submissions are delivered.

If hosted delivery cannot be confirmed, you can choose to prepare an email in your own email application. You remain responsible for reviewing and sending that email.

Why it is used

Your information is provided so the cooperative can respond to your enquiry or discuss your membership interest. Consent to contact you is requested before submission.

Your choices

To ask about your submitted information, request a correction or ask for deletion, contact bonnykapere@gmail.com. Retention and handling of emails are managed by the cooperative.
